Refund policy

Returns : We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hey@alligatorsunday.com. Returns must be approved in writing before being sent.

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues : Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items : Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, samples, opened skincare or sunscreen products (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds : Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hey@alligatorsunday.com
